One of the few positives about social media is that it provides and opportunity for idiots like this to out themselves so that SS can investigate.
If I were in charge, I’d investigate all concerned, but my top priority would be the guy egging him on, planting the suggestion for action. He is a far greater long term threat than the guy saying he’s willing to shoot. The manipulators control the actions of many.
