Philadelphia is a cesspool politically and has the ghetto vote South,South West,West,North and Lower North East neighborhoods. City Hall and its Wards are infested with corruption. Every college from Penn,Drexel,La Salle,Temple etc. spews liberalism and the Republican Party practically is outlawed. For Soros to spend this amount of money for DA is telling. I do believe the ex Pa AG is in prison and the the ex Philly DA will soon join her.
