Given enough time and the chemical opportunity, living cells self-assemble. That's the same fallacy as "Given enough time and 100 chimpanzees with 100 typewriters will produce the plays of Shakespeare."........

They may not be able to produce Shakespeare but they sure are effective at producing DNC media talking points.

Yup. My understanding is that there are a great many reputable mathematicians (people who understand probability) who will tell you — “For that to happen, your 12 billion year old universe would have to be about a trillion times older.”

Why has there been no chemical opportunity anywhere else in the known universe for life to spontaneously self assemble itself?

That's the same fallacy as "Given enough time and 100 chimpanzees with 100 typewriters will produce the plays of Shakespeare."........ Yet the closer they look the more they realize that there is no way to get the chimps to type on a molecular level. Instead of typing they eat the paper and bash the typewriters. Therefore, no Shakespeare ever.

The monkeys would all die before succeeding. Based on informed intuition, even a supercomputer would not achieve the result in our lifetime.

I think someone has proven that there has NOT been ‘enough time’ since the BigBang for this to happen.
