That’s because he looks like a confederate general.
I’m not sure of his background, but iirc, Lee & Kim are the most common Korean surnames (last names in our culture, family name first in theirs, as in Kim Jong Un).

Everyone, CANCEL YOUR CABLE TELEVISION! Get your shows from Roku, off the network websites, or just use a good antenna and get the free stations and their sub channels. It is amazing what a good antenna can capture.
