Eric Parker, Steven Stewart, Scott Drexler and Ricky Lovelien were not convicted at their second trial on the same charges in connection with the Bunkerville Standoff near Bundy Ranch in 2014.
The jury came back not guilty on 34 of the 40 charges and hung on six others, four for Parker and two for Drexler.
There is a detention hearing set at the federal courthouse in Las Vegas with Judge Navarro tomorrow morning at 930am Vegas time.
Navarro needs to be detained.
Put in the Kangaroo section of the local zoo.
Along with the prosecutors and, at least for a while, Jeff Sessions.
Sessions has a lot to be contrite about.
There’s a mess that needs cleaning up with the withdrawal of charges or pardons as needed.
Get the Bundy’s out of jail and the others not put on trial yet and pardon those already convicted.
One guy who pled guilty was berated by Judge Navarro at his sentencing earlier this year as she tacked an extra 15 months onto the six years the prosecution asked for.
He was none other than New Hamspshire Marine Jerry Delemus.
Jerry was co-chair of Veterans for Trump during the NH Primary last year.

He’s become a swamp creature who believes ANYTHING his Obama-holdover staffers tell him to believe. He’s THEIR creature now. They control & manage him; he does not control and manage them. Sessions is meek and timid.
Navarro should be the one in prison!

I hope all goes well for the two at their hearing tomorrow.
The government threw the kitchen sink at them and the only thing that hit was a small rubber washer soon to be dismissed. It should also be noted that a liberal judge that made a mockery of justice in her court lost. If she had allowed real testimony to be given in her court there would not have even been a hung jury on the other counts.
The judge by edict did not allow the defense to present all rebuttal and testimony. She is a canker sore on the justice system and naught less than a political whore wearing the black robes of justice that she has defiled.
She is a disgrace to the judiciary.
Because after the hearing was scheduled the prosecutor decided he wasn’t gonna take a third swing at the defendants and walked them. He will tell the judge in the morning.
