why is there a detention hearing if they were found not guilty and released?
Because after the hearing was scheduled the prosecutor decided he wasn’t gonna take a third swing at the defendants and walked them. He will tell the judge in the morning.
The two guys where some of the charges against them led to a hung jury I believe are the ones facing detention hearing today.
