Singer Prince said the same thing.

Plus remember that tainted water in Chicago in the last two years?

What if this man and Prince was right?

You mean what if democrats that run these urban cities were intentionally poisoning their black population? There are definitely people stupid enough to believe that.

In my opinion, the Rap culture and the embracing of an outlaw culture has had a far worse effect on Black Communities than Manganese or Fluoride in the water. All this has been made worse by the tolerance most of America has developed for these destructive influences.

Now you have black students going to college, thinking that they can tell the college president what to teach. The worst part is when they are allowed to get away with it, vs learning to focus on more constructive and egalitarian methods of education. Many of todays black students won’t be content until they have gone full circle, demanding and getting ‘separate but equal’ schools to attend. They seem to desire racial segregation and the ‘ignorant bliss’ of safe rooms.

Dick Gregory used to be funny, but once he became vegetarian, all his other beliefs changed along with it.
He became like a black Michael Moore. Lost his sense of humor about life.

The late Dr Stan Monteith once made the same claim about contamination of water in the black community.

What is the effect on behavior of all the fast food trash which makes up a significant % of the diet of lower income groups?
