Apple, LinkedIn, Spotify and Twitter have joined a growing chorus of technology companies to hit out at the far right and Donald Trump’s attempt to put white supremacists and leftwing counter-demonstrators at Saturday’s Charlottesville protest on the same moral plane.
Following the lead of Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg, Google, Go Daddy and others, Apple CEO Tim Cook pledged $1m donations to the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) and the Anti-Defamation League and sent a strongly worded memo to staff, quoting Martin Luther King, about the violence in Charlottesville on Saturday.

Will Spotify take down the “F—k the police” and “Cop Killer” tracks too? Or the Kill Whitey tracks?

Today they condemn “White power.” Tomorrow “White pride.” then “White.” Oh, they have already done it.
Their position is hatred bigotry and violence is ok for some but not for others.
Let's tally up the body counts of innocent people murdered by each type of regime. In one column, we'll put Hitler. In the other, Stalin, Mao, Pol Pot and Castro. If you want to use that yardstick, then the "white supremacitsts" and the "leftwing counter-demonstrators" are clearly not on the same moral plane.

And any "protesters" who practice violence aren't protesters at all—they're thugs...
