I honestly do not get it.
Throughout the West we have mainly rich, or middle class whites who hate being white while they live in their mostly white areas, with white schools.
They hate whites who do not think like them, and want their country to be less whites, while bringing in more third world immigrants, but the kicker is ; they have been trying to do this for years, and all it does it bring down the country they live in, more crime, more welfare, and doe snot work.
How can you grow up hating people who look like you let alone hating people who do not like you?
That reminded me; "Who controls the past controls the future; who controls the present controls the past".

1. Those who want to tear down Judeo-Christian based Western civilization promote emotional reasoning and pleas of anguish to get civilized people to tear down their own institutions or simply cede to the liberal secularists who want it to come down. So that they can then build THEIR vision.
2. Mao’s China, Islamic fundamentalists everywhere, social justice warriors all seek to remove historical monuments and reminders of life ever being different; if it seems like there was never anything else, that isn’t a basis of rebellion.
3. “Deconstructing” and pissing on history so that people cannot look back to the good old days before they ruled. It seems to horrible to the future generations to consider. You don’t want freedom, look at all the evils that came with it! And by condemning that past society, it makes any atrocities of the new regime tolerable because the old one is thought of as worse.
As to the acceptance of the delusions of others, such as transgenderism, it is the logical outcome of liberals raising emotional reasoning to the highest measure of morality.
It feels good? It must be good. It feels bad? It must be bad. Your friends feel the same or you’re just very upset yourself? We have to get rid of it over the annoyed objections of others.
You feel like a woman? Biology is irrelevant. Feelings determine reality.
Transgenderism is also endorsed because of the false idea that if a man becomes a woman by saying so and putting on the clothes or has major surgery with hormones it proves there is no difference between men and women. This interchangeability of the sexes, that there are no real differences, is something the hard core egalitarians want. Just as they want to say it is evil to have preferences in sex partners, we should all be equally interchangeable in society.
That last view is seen in other aspects like the body positivity movement (fat should be beautiful too), the social justice warriors making themselves ugly with piercings and shaved heads, shaming women for major weight loss, criticizing beautiful women as privileged. The people condemning honors classes as privileged, how dare we try to make them achieve their potential because no one should be better. The liberals condemning parents putting children in private school or reading to them at night, how dare you give your child an advantage. They should all be equal in ability, even if we have to handicap the faster ones to achieve it.
They are on the road to “Harrison Bergernon”, a world where the Handicapper General truly makes everyone equal.
It is only fair, and in the liberal’s mind, only fairness and perceived pain/care are morality. Respect for authority, purity/disgust and in-group loyalty aren’t part of their definition of right and wrong.
So national boundaries, sexual limits, internal limits on acceptable personal behavior, religious moral rules - all out. All evil and to be banished because it is unfair to some, exclusion of any is the worst (unless liberals do it as shaming/shunning which they see as fair), the perceived victim is the most morally superior. This is how you get the victimhood hierarchy, with certain groups considered more oppressed and therefore more sacred/protected than others.
To simplify things requires group rights and group morality - and the destruction of individual rights. This requires destroying individual rights. So liberals deny individual rights, saying you only have group rights per your demographic identity. Violate the assigned stereotype, and you’re an evil oppressor appropriating cultures or a traitor to the group. Enforcement comes by saying you’re oppressed, society hates you, everyone has to band tighter in these tribes for protection ... leading to social enforcement of social justice political rules to a degree no political system could. For example, blacks telling conservative blacks to shut up or they’ll be shunned, hurt, just conform, so you won’t be called a race traitor and get us called out. Pretty powerful social force to tap into for a political group. Which is why they seek to harness it to control people in a way totalitarian regimes tried to do under communism.
Yes, social justice is communitarian, just switching from workers versus owners to endlessly competing demographic groups. And in both cases, you need a big, powerful state to protect everyone who is being exploited and state collectivization and distribution to make it “fair”.
I never understood how dhimmi in Islamic societies could end up being the biggest cheerleaders for those same regimes until now.
Some have internalized the hatred of those around them, seeing themselves as rightfully an underclass. You sit in white privilege seminars and internalize the collective guilt because it is taught to you in school constantly. And we’ve gone from deconstructing whiteness and criticism of Western civilization to courses outright saying how we should dis-enfranchise and discriminate against whites. Examples:

Some cheerlead their inferiority as a protection mechanism; less likely to get murdered by Muslim neighbors if they see you as sufficiently submissive. Many college students are in this category. If I join the liberal bully mob, I’m probably safe from their wrath or even considered a moral ally.
Some do it on purpose. If you are the biggest advocate for the oppressive regime, you may become the token member of your tribe to the Caliphate or assigned the leader of your people, the best you can do. The Democrat woman who campaigned for a leadership spot saying her job was to shut other white people up fits this mold.

What I do have is a theory that might fit in here, only because it popped back into my head after reading your short post and the first reply of yours.
I'm 69 years old and I was around for Viet Nam, and hippies.
I enlisted at 17 in '65 and got out early '68 and jumped right IN to hippies and drugs and sex and political activism.
Somewhere around the mid 70's I kind'a looked around the world and realized ..... an entire planet (imagine pre Tower of Babel) of young people all wearing the same clothes; blue jeans and long haired men and all smokin' dope ... a unified planet so to speak ... and the common bond was US involvement in Viet Nam.
I didn't focus on the politics of the war so much as the social phenomenom of a unified youth ... world wide.
THAT to me was mind blowing.
Now, here in 2017, with instant communication(s), "the word" gets out faster and numbed young people (and equal to myself and others of the time) the pseudo intelligentsia, can adopt a "meme" so to speak and use it.
During the Clinton years, there seemed to be an attempt to resurrect that "world wide hippie-dom" behind nuclear proliferation and fear, but it just never developed.
So the remembrance/thought that popped into my head this morning is looking at all of this illogical and insane pseudo political activity as another attempt to recreate the phenomenom of the sixties where it didn't matter where you went; Amsterdam, Berlin, San Francisco, Boston, Tokyo or New Dehli ..... you found the Janis Joplin's and the Grateful Dead's hangin' out, smokin' dope, gettin' laid a LOT (very calm social structure ... hint hint wink wink) thinking very positively about their (our own) future, because we had it all together and if nothing else, we were essentially mellow and unified people.
OK ... now I tie it all together;
The unrest in America is a Satanic effort to never allow that to happen again.
President Trump is the Viet Nam of our time and he has brought a TON of true hippie types together that think we have it all together and we CAN make a change and a difference and unless they pull a JFK ... they have to stop us from hangin' out together, smokin' dope and gettin' laid a lot, righteous in our own selves and putting together a much more peaceful world.

Talk about whitewashing. It was a means to an end and I have no doubt it could happen again once the Rats get back in power. Their version of saving the Union is eliminating Conservatives and Conservative beliefs.
They have already attacked and literally dismantled numerous Constitutional Amendments using their Activist Judges and we are seeing the attempted dismantling of Free Speech via Mob Rule right before our eyes.
Once that’s done, the Second Amendment will be eviscerated, and on and on and on...
