James Alex Fields Jr., the man charged with killing a counterprotester at a white nationalist rally in Charlottesville, Va., over the weekend, was reportedly accused of threatening and beating his mother several years ago.
According to The Associated Press, records from Kentucky’s Florence Police Department say Samantha Bloom repeatedly called 911 in 2010 and 2011 over her son, saying he was on medication for an anger management issue.
Fields was reportedly arrested after he threatened his mother with a knife, and in a separate incident allegedly struck her in the head and locked her in the bathroom.

The law is “whatever”.
It’s good that James Alex Fields Jr., that mother beating, random person murdering terrorist thug is off the streets.
Now I wonder how terrorists who beat their mothers are treated in prison?
He was prescribed psychoactive drugs.
Now to establish if he’d stopped taking them or if he was supplementing them with recreational drugs.
Feel free to go ask them if you want to know.

Being accused does not generate a court record and being that there is no record, there is nothing to seal.

That has absolutely no relevance.
I threatened someone who was beating my son with a very big knife. That wasn’t because I was crazy, it’s because I feared for his life.
If they are white they are attacked, beaten, raped, forced to provide material and basically pimped in prison. That’s the case regardless of the convicts crimes. It’s extra judicial punishment for all Caucasians behind bars. Apparently you approve.

We should check in with Mr. Fiends in a few years to see how comfortable Mr. Fields is in his accommodations at the Virginia Department of Corrections.

However, I suspect it may be a bit awkward when Mr. Fields is taking a stroll in the prison yard and a group of fellow inmates asks him why he is in prison.

Yes, he is a psycho. But whether he is a murderer or not has yet to be determined. Remember, the guy is presumed innocent.
There are many questions about the events that preceded the car crash. How a mentally unstable person reacts when swarmed by a violent mob is anybody's guess. Witnesses say that his car was attacked as he found himself trapped on a one-way street.
This young man has had a history of psychiatric problems that required him to be on strong anti-psychotic medication. Ironically, liberal "compassion" and leftists caused the psychiatric hospitals and asylums to be closed.
Our country once had at least one large asylum for the insane in every state until the liberals opened the gates and the institutions closed. This compassion caused a whole raft of problems which we are still dealing with: homelessness, crime, general urban disorder.
In better days this young man would have been doped up for his own good and weaving baskets securely behind the gates of Happy Acres.
