I understand what you are saying, and I agree to a point.
From my experience women can be serving alongside male units, but not be a part of that unit.
For instance a combat infantry platoon can go out on patrol, and have a female military police with them for that patrol so she can interact with the females the platoon might have to talk to.
No way should a female be with a infantry platoon.
I hope I’m describing this clearly , and not being too confusing. I have a habit of understanding what I am saying , but in words never can clearly articulate my view.

I’d say you’re better than average, at least you realize how easily it is to fail to communicate your point. It’s too bad that so many who are far less articulate than you fail to understand the same thing. Sometimes those who are LEAST able to express a thought clearly seem to imagine themselves to be great writers. I have read posts on FR that appear to be written in a code unknown to me but asking for clarification often provokes anger.
