The Marxists have always blamed the middle class for preventing their beloved revolution of the proletariat. As such their primary goal is the destruction of the middle and an ensuing revolution. We saw this pretty dramatically with Obama. They want only two classes - the elitist masters and everyone else.
IMHO the source of all oligarch social-engineering and rent-skimming in the economy comes from our centrally-controlled, fiat, unbacked money supply.
Banks and government get the massive amounts of newly printed money first - which gives them a huge advantage to control everyone and everything else.

Yes. The Frankfurt School ran up against it and recognized it as the cause of their defeat to spark revolution in the Unites States. So it got busy.

Having spent time overseas in several places the two tierd society is exactly what they want.
bottom Tier....they get paid about $400/month (at the top end). They live in dorm style housing. The are from elsewhere in the third world and are there on work visas.
They are construction workers, servants, and every other type of service job, which includes Private Security.
Top Tier.... Executives, large business owners, and old family money. They hire the $400/ month either in their businesses or as servants, chauffeurs, teachers, and Security.
The two classes rarely mix except in the business areas. The wealthy live in private compounds that are walled of and have their own services and security. Said security is pretty much able to do whatever is necessary to protect the client without any legal ramifications for excessive use of force, etc. The bottom classes occupy most places, and they are relatively safe because nobody has anything more than you anyway, so there is no point. Everything has bars on it and looks like a jail except in the wealthy enclaves.
Wow. My name. Not quite my story. Lost one of my son’s a month ago. I’ll never be the same. We’re retired. Not eating dog food yet but when I read about someone getting $15 mil! Crazy.
If the politicians cared to find out they’d be surprised at how many people in this country are just like the letter writer. I know a few of them myself. Of course their answer would be, and is, to take more money from them to up the hand outs.
I think it’s a long road back and probably a lost cause. Sad.

ObamaCare was designed specifically to financially devastate the middle class and transfer it's wealth to the welfare class and illegal aliens. Once the middle class is completely bled and ObamaCare collapses, the middle class will be entrapped in the de facto tyranny of a government run, political spoils oriented single payer system that favors everyone except the hard working, productive middle class workers who flat the system.

People would be stunned to know how many taxpaying Americans are having trouble putting food on their table. What a thrill to be able to go to the grocery store after weeks and months of just scraping by...and these BASTARDS in Congress won’t repeal the bill that is crippling so many Americans.
Trump won because, the working/middle class has learned (misnamed) “progressive” policies all seek to diminish the freedom and property of the individual… fact! Totally anti-middle class!
Karl Marx/Lenin/Stalin/Mao/Castro/Obama/Hillary hate the bourgeois (aka: middle class), as they know they were preventing the “great socialist revolution” because they are independent minded, distrustful of authority and just wanna be left the hell alone! Thus they are difficult to manage.
ALL socialist revolutions once in power actively seek to destroy the independent (private sector) middle class. Look at any socialist country the only “middle class” are the public sector workers/bureaucrats and faux “academics” whose job is to oppress their fellow citizens and force the “collective” on ALL! The “progressive” vision of the “middle-class” (serfs) is the rationing of everything (food, fuel, healthcare et.al.) and disarm the general populace so all facets of life can require permits, licenses, fees, confiscatory taxes and strangling regulations!
She's complaining about not being able to pay the bills, but she doesn't work? I'm all for stay at home moms, but at some point you gotta go to work. Poor hubby busting his ass, and all she does is sit at home on hers playing poor me. Sad.

My family and I have lived this woman’s story. In fact, it’s only been a few years since clawed our way back into the so-called middle class, which for us, merely means being able to own a home and pay our basic bills. We still have no savings, no retirement, no health care, or any investments.
And yeah...I voted for Trump for all those reasons.
