I don’t live in NY, so I have to ask: Aside from the aggressive rats, (and ‘rats), is this a good part of town?

Is this part of the great cultural treasures that people move to the city for?

Dallas area rents are maybe 20% of those in NYC, plus you get more for your money. I’m sure we have rats somewhere, but they don’t jump into baby carriages.

“Mayor DiBlasio, citizens are complaining that rats are so numerous and brave that they are jumping into baby strollers. How do you respond to that?”
“Where else but New York City would you find acrobatic rats like that? This is part of my Have A Rat For A Nanny Program. Everybody sees rats as filthy, sewer vermin. I see them as brothers and sisters.”

You got rats on the West Side
Bed bugs uptown
What a mess this town’s in tatters, I’ve been shattered
My brain’s been battered, splattered all over Manhattan
