I went to work for a presumably “Christian” family-owned business. The son was pretty high-level in management, and he always seemed a little flaky, but I attributed that to his privileged upbringing and the entitled attitude that often breeds. Later found out that he had a “boyfriend.”
The family was about as high-strung as you could find. Top of the voice shouting at inopportune times. It was surreal.

It started with an argument
