Chicago to sue over 'misguided' sanctuary city warning (Rham-Bozo doubles down)
CNN ^ | August 6, 2017 | Shawn Nottingham and Joe Sterling

The city of Chicago says it plans to file a lawsuit against the US Justice Department on Monday over new stipulations placed on federal law enforcement grant money requiring local police departments to assist in federal immigration actions.

Mayor Rahm Emanuel's office said in a statement that the Trump administration's "latest unlawful misguided action undermines public safety and violates" the Constitution. He said the city is challenging the administration "to ensure that their misguided policies do not threaten the safety of our residents."

"Chicago will not be blackmailed into changing our values, and we are and will remain a welcoming city," said Emanuel.

Chicago will not be blackmailed into changing our Democrat values ... of fraud, graft, corruption, bribery, electioneering and harboring thousands of illegal aliens ... because that undermines our public safety.

Arrest him.

Jail him with out bail.

Convict him.

8 U.S.C. § 1324 (a)(1)(A)(iii) Any person who knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an alien has come to, entered, or remains in the United States in violation of law, conceals, harbors, or shields from detection, or attempts to conceal, harbor, or shield from detection, such alien in any place, including any building or any means of transportation; shall be punished as provided in subparagraph (B)

8 U.S.C. § 1324 (a)(1)(B)(ii) A person who violates subparagraph (A) shall, for each alien in respect to whom such a violation occurs be fined under title 18, imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both;

5 years per violation.

Give him the maximum sentence. Let him rot in jail.

He is a communist seeking to subvert the Constitution. Let him die in jail.

Do it.

That may just happen, but if it does, no doubt the left and RINOs will start shrieking again for the impeachment of Trump.

Bring it.

Bring it.

Democrats (and MANY Republicans) have decided to ignore laws they don’t like.

From illegal aliens to marijuana, they don’t care.

They’ll care when their ass is thrown in jail.

Nothing will change until that happens. Timid Republicans ain’t gettn the job done. They had their chance. They gotta get out of the way. Now.

It’s federal money. Don’t want the money? Don’t follow the rules for obtaining it. It’s as simple as that. Of course, some judge will likely find a new right to get paid federal bucks in spite of compliance with the rules, but we all know the score in that regard.

(Sniffle) Rahm's so tolerant and compassionate..... so full of Democrat, uh, values (sob).

Heck, I'm just surprised the Mayor is even taking time from perusing his vast holdings (that would include his federal inheritance). Rahm's got a bundle to keep track of......the money just rolls in.......keeps rolling in.

=============================================

BACKSTORY---OBAMA GAVE RHAM EMANUEL TWO KEY JOBS Soon as they occupied the WH, Obama placed his COS Rahm Emanuel in control of the US Dept of the Treasury (oversees the IRS).

PAUSE TO REFLECT First-term Obama had tight control of Treasury; Obama calculatedly placed his then-COS Rahm Emanuel in a dual role.......in the WH and at Treasury. Obama had a stranglehold on Treasury via COS Rahm Emanuel's dual role

==========================================

THE SMOKING GUN---WSJ REPORT--On Jan 20, 2009 Timothy Geithner was appointed Obama's Secy of the Treasury. But within three weeks, the Obama White House tightened its grip on Treasury. Obama put his COS, Rahm Emanuel, in charge of Treasury---Rahm Emanuel's dual role was an unusual move.

When he got to Treasury, WH COS Rahm Emanuel was so involved in the inner workings that the phrase "Rahm wants it" had become an unofficial mantra among subservient govt staffers, prostrate in obeisance, scurrying to accede to Rahm's wishes, according to Treasury government officials. Reported by WSJ / 05/31/09

=============================================

==========================================

It is imperative that Pres Trump make an inquiry to the US Dept of the Treasury to ask what RAHM AND Obama were doing at the US Treasury after Obama got elected.

Treasury HAS a huge Rahm/Obama paper trail. One can get awfully rich awfully fast knowing the Fed's moves in advance.

The Iran connection could prove to be even more interesting considering the hundreds of millions Obama secretly gave to Iran. Where did he get all those tax dollars?

Illegal Immigrants Cost Illinois $3.85 Billion A Year—--State On Verge Of Bankruptcy
National Economics Editorial ^ | July 4, 2017 | Dylan Scott / FR Posted by Thalean

Illegal immigration costs Illinois $3.85 billion per year. This number is a low estimate in a particularly low year because of the budget crisis happening in Illinois currently. So let’s put that number in perspective.

Illinois is in a budget crisis and on the verge of bankruptcy. Their state debt is upwards of $64 billion. Their credit rating is a BBB-, which is one notch above a junk/non-investment rating. They are also projected to have their credit further downgraded.

Illinois also has unpaid bills upwards of $15 billion (with $800 million per year just in interest payments) and $130 billion in unfunded pension liabilities. Hell Illinois can’t even fund its lotteries anymore.

Why? Because Illinois can’t pass a budget. This doesn’t mean they stop spending though. In fact, the spending target for Illinois Governor Bruce Rauner is $37.3 billion for the upcoming fiscal year, and the House just agreed to cover $36.5 billion of that. No matter which way you slice it, or what spending bill passes, illegal immigration will eat roughly 10% of that spending.--SNIP--

A muni-bond expert exposed Chicago's bond financing scheme as a house of cards. An examination of the city's bond documents uncovered taxpayers paying billions for greedy politicians shady financial legerdemain, including:

<><>(1) using long-term financing to cover day-to-day expenses,

<><>(2) using bond proceeds to pay pension obligations, and,

<><> (3) misappropriating returns from the interest rate swap portfolio (a sub rosa ATM for paying the citys day to day expenses).

The stench from Chicago's poplitical sleaze is permeating the putrid city hall air... starting w/ Obama's ex-COS Chi/Mayor Rahm Emanuel. ....and remember, these kingpins of Chicago criminal politics moved into DC with Chicago kingpin Barack Obama.

=================================================

ANALYSIS Bonding is eternal taxation----the insider deals bonding companies made w/ shady pols to get bonding business would tell a tale of greedy pols accumulating riches through massive govt corruption.If these bonding deals were effectuated by way of referendum at the ballot box----and misled investors into buying tax-fee muni bonds----the SEC would be interested.

EMAIL enforcement@sec.gov

Massive govt corruption might include forgery, falsification of official records, fraudulent state budget entries, tax evasion, illegal wire-transfers, misuse of public office.

Tax-exempt municipal bond investors (including public education bond investors)-- have legal grounds to sue if they were deceived about deceptive bond offerings. In many cases, bond issues are approved by voters---at the ballot box--so that voters may have also been misled WRT uses of fraudulent bond offerings.

Also culpable are:

<><> bonding companies underwriting possible fraudulent bond issues;

<><> banks holding possibly fraudulent bond proceeds;

<><> State/city's modus operandi in allocating tax-exempt bond proceeds,

<><> the sub rosa acceptance of bond proceeds.

<><> state/city vendors accepting possible fraudulent bond proceeds.

<><> publicly-funded state/city agencies advocating the uses of fraudulent bond proceeds.

===========================================

The SEC, FBI, banking overight agencies, and the IRS, would be interested in the activities of state/city entities WRT bonding.

EMAIL Banking oversight agencies

============================================

Taxpayers should find out which Chicago banks are facilitating this.
<><> Which banks are designated the official repositories of municipal tax dollars.
<><> Which banks are dispensing the ill-gotten proceeds....and to whom.

This is not so much “blackmail”, as it is “persuasion” through the treasury.

The Fed’s money, the Fed’s rules. And as far as renegade judges go, abolish that particular court, and abolish that particular judge’s position as well. Only one Federal Court us authorized in the words of the Constitution, the Supreme Court, and other subordinate courts were only created as needed, by Congressional action. We do not need renegade courts or their officials. If these courts can be created by Congressional fiat, they may be abolished by Congressional fiat.

Never going to happen but if he would (please) walk the streets of Chicago, he might have a better chance of getting shot and dying there than in prison.
