REVEALED: Anthony Scaramucci 'shopped for a $9 million Manhattan co-op apartment with Fox News host Kimberly Guilfoyle' before his wife filed for divorce (and he was turned down).
Anthony Scaramucci was reportedly turned down for a $9 million Manhattan home that he shopped for with Fox News host Kimberly Guilfoyle long before his wife filed for divorce.
The former White House communications director was turned down by the co-op board at the Beresford apartment home on Central Park West. According to Showbiz 411, he was shopping for the home with Guilfoyle, who lives in the building in a $3.4 million third floor apartment.
Scaramucci actually bought the three-bedroom and three-bathroom apartment located on the 20th floor, but the contract was never finalized. He then approached other places on the Upper West Side with Guilfoyle by his side.
Sources told the news site that they were confused about whether Guilfoyle was his wife, something that became clearer when he was fired from the White House and it was revealed that his wife, Deidre Ball, filed for divorce.
'They didn't understand if he was in the middle of a divorce, or what was going on,' a source told the site. 'It seemed like she was his girlfriend and he was getting divorced.'
Another source said that if Scaramucci was turned down in June 'he was looking for a place at least in May'. But Deidre didn't file for divorce until July 6th, while she was still pregnant with their second child. On Wednesday, Scaramucci spoke out for the first time since he was fired and revealed his anger at the DC gossip-fueled rumors of an affair between him and Guilfoyle - which he strongly denies.

Having Guilfoyle as a reference could have aided in the Mooch's application. Obviously, it wasn't enough.
I don't know if the Mooch's was intimate with Guilfoyle and it is none of my business.
I also know we're in a post-modern state of how we treat public figure morality nowadays...Trump isn't a choirboy and Reagan was divorced, Clinton and Obama had questionable histories, Marion Barry was a crackhead, Jack Welch leaving his wife for the HBR editor, etc. I get it. Ya gotta move on with the times, I guess.
But it was shocking that so many people defended this guy...I am sorry but a REAL man would have eschewed that job and tried to patch up things with his PREGNANT wife. Pregnant = you must have had SOMETHING happening 9 months ago.
I am happy that the administration is rid of this gun-control enthusiast, and I pray for peace and reconciliation on his part.

Don't know how familiar you are with Central Park West.However,being a regular visitor to that area and having seriously considered buying a small (very small,to be sure) place there a few years ago I have some knowledge of it.
On Central Park West from 59th St up to at least 92nd St you'll find multi,*multi*,millionaire leftists equaled in Marxist snarkiness only by certain residents of Malibu.
