To be successful an organization needs to have a common vision and goals from top to bottom. A CEO, a General or a President cannot succeed if his staff and department heads are opposing him or pulling in different directions.

I would would expect that President Trump interviewed potential cabinet members before nominating them.

I hope he did spend some time discussing his agenda and objectives and ensuring that they could and would manage their departments in compliance with his goals, not theirs.

If he did that and it turns out they mislead him and lied about their willingness to pursue his agenda he should just fire them without hesitation.

The embroglio with Sessions shows that not taking action immediately when a cabinet member runs off the rails only makes things worse as time goes by.

National Security Advisor H.R. McMaster is thwarting President Donald Trump’s foreign policy prescriptions, two former senior NSC officials told The Daily Caller News Foundation. “Everything the president wants to do, McMaster opposes,” a former senior official said in a wide-ranging interview. “Trump wants to get us out of Afghanistan — McMaster wants to go in. Trump wants to get us out of Syria — McMaster wants to go in. Trump wants to deal with the China issue — McMaster doesn’t. Trump wants to deal with the Islam issue — McMaster doesn’t. You know, across the board, we want to get rid of the Iran deal — McMaster doesn’t. It is incredible to watch it happening right in front of your face. Absolutely stunning.”

Well...what do we do about it ?

“Any general who was NOT fired by Obama is suspicious in my mind.”

That is a very, very good point, worthy of significant consideration.

The sources don’t matter. You can see it happening. Its very clear McMaster is doing all he can to turn 180 degrees from the policies Trump ran on.

Fire his butt Trump!

And bring back Flynn. Have a nice sit down talk with him, get on the same page, and rehire him.

Ok, you think we are getting played. Can you point to a single piece of evidence that shows McMaster wants us out of Afghanistan or Syria? That he doesn’t think we should remove Assad? That he doesn’t want increased tension with Russia? That he isn’t very cozy with islam? That he wants a wall?

The articles about McMaster ring true because they fit with his actions.

Face it, we got an Obamabot General.

“Trump has halted support for McShameys ISIS buddies in Syria”

Would you take a bet that order is simply being ignored? I bet when he cut off aid to the Syrian jihadis, not a single thing changed in reality. Maybe a few cosmetic changes, a few restructurings and re-namings. Put an EU officer where an American was and report back that American support has stopped. But I bet the rebels jihadis never noticed a difference.

Good point. How would DJT actually be able to verify if his orders are being followed...here or anywhere.

Trump’s action in Syria was in response to the one chemical attack. He wasn’t interested in escalating things into anything larger there. Conflating Trump’s Syria policy with that of the Globalists and “neocons” is a stretch...

We’re in deep in Syria and we haven’t gotten out. Not to mention other places where we are sending even more military personnel and/or equipment

That’s my question. The intelligence community is in open sedition already. They think they should set policy and not follow it.
They are masters of sophistry. US Law forbade sending Iran US dollars, so he sent gold, Euros, Swiss franks, and other currencies. They laughed that that they carefully followed the law to the letter.

I bet anything something like that has happened with Trump ordering support for the jihadis in Syria to stop. They just found a way to rename whatever they did. Notice how no military or intel types are complaining? Notice we aren’t seeing videos of the abandoned jihadis angrily denouncing us?
And he has to count of guys like McMaster to tell him.

I think they are completely stabbing him in the back.

At this point, if I were Trump I wold consider asking every single person in the administration who serve at his favor to tender their resignations. He can pick and choose who he keeps.

They ARE undermining him, yes.

Every where I look in gov’t there are seditious traitors. D.C. gov’t and media are saturated, and many of the state gov’ts are also infested.

That’s why it’s becoming clearer to me that resolution simply can not happen working within the system. It’s DJT fighting 99% of the rest of D.C. Yes, We the People are behind him, but other than a Pitchfork Response Team working outside the system, how can he/we win this?

Well those yobs are being recruited by the Russians now.

The EU washed their hands of all of Syria a long time ago....they don’t like being caught between super powers

Everything is about Iran. All the flak Trump’s getting is about Iran.

Netanyahu is getting the same kind of flak right now.

Anything that ties us down elsewhere or in fighting amongst ourselves is OK by the Iran lobby- which feeds both Democrats and Republicans- because they believe the Iran deal must be preserved at all costs.

According to reports, Trump might want to send one more troop to Afghanistan - McMaster!

If true, that would be special karma!

But it has all been obvious to anyone paying a bit of attention. McMaster was a horrendously bad appointment from the start. Recommended by John McCain. An Islam denialist.
