What if the federal government captures in real time the contents of every telephone call, email and text message and all the fiber-optic data generated by every person and entity in the United States 24/7/365? What if this mass surveillance was never authorized by any federal law?
What if Congress has written laws that all presidents have sworn to uphold and that require a warrant issued by a judge before the NSA can spy on anyone but Mr. Bush effectively told the NSA to go through the motions of getting a warrant while spying without warrants on everyone in the U.S. all the time? What if Presidents Barack Obama and Donald Trump have taken the same position toward the NSA and ordered or permitted the same warrantless and lawless spying?
What if the Constitution requires warrants based on probable cause of criminal behavior before surveillance can be conducted but Congress has written laws reducing that standard to probable cause of communicating with someone who has communicated with a foreign national? What if a basic principle of constitutional law is that Congress is subject to the Constitution and therefore cannot change its terms or their meanings?
What if the Constitution requires that all warrants particularly describe the place to be searched or the person or thing to be seized? What if the warrants Congress permits the NSA to use violate that requirement by permitting a federal court to issue general warrants? What if general warrants do not particularly describe the place to be searched or the person or thing to be seized but rather authorize the bearer to search indiscriminately through service providers customer data?

HST: Limit the CIA Role to intel!
Truman founded the CIA, with an Executive Order..
Shortly, before JFK was killed, JFK, apparently wanted to limit the CIA to Intel collection.
HST founded the CIA, and he realized his creation had become something he didn’t want and became what/ why he ended the OSS after WWII was over
HST wrote this shortly after JFK was killed:
Harry Truman Writes:
Limit CIA Role (To Intelligence collection)
By Harry S Truman, INDEPENDENCE, MO., Dec. 21 1963

So, a simple ExO by President Trump reversing/ending Trumans ExO to end the OSS and to start the CIA, can eliminate the CIA.
Heck, I'm more curious to know how many of them AREN'T bad guys.
It’s not just CIA. It’s NSA and other agencies.
The other day upon the stair,
I met a man who wasn’t there.
He wasn’t there again today.
I think he’s from the NSA.

What if both major political parties were playing the game, but only one side had to follow the rules and the other side was able to avoid any negative consequences?
What if both political parties were riddled with the cancer of NWO neo-Socialists who are hell bent on undermining all that makes this country as successful as it’s been, but they don’t care because they have been promised that they’ll be among the rulers of the rubble and will have a hand in rebuilding from the wreckage?
What if this country is doomed because those in seats of power (elected and otherwise) are as corrupt as any we’ve known throughout history and will go to ANY lengths to destroy the president and all who support him?
I think it’s rather negative to say the country is doomed. But we do need to “turn the car around.”
I’ll gladly retract my negativity once a single prominent democrat is brought up on felony charges and has to face a jury. Until then, I’ll most likely remain gloomy about the prospects of our nation’s survival.
Amen!!
