I lost 135 pounds without dieting and no exercising. I was in a coma for a month - i don’t recommend the ‘coma diet’. However, by the grace of God, I am back to my normal weight and healthier than ever. As Maxwell Smart said “missed the death train by that much.” My advice is to always consult your Doctor, before, during and after any diet.
Years ago in Switzerland there was a clinic that put people to sleep for a month or six weeks to lose weight.
