Having just watched the WH presser led by Sarah Huckabee Sanders (who is doing an outstanding job BTW) and having watched John Roberts report to Neil Cavuto on Fox about said presser, it appears that ALL White House personnel report to General Kelly.
I think this is a wonderful development.
As it is supposed to be....
Except Jared and Ivanka do sit down to share a meal with the president, probably fairly often.
They have to have it that way. Cant have several wings of the executive with free access to the POTUS at will.

The “staff” reports to the “Chief of staff”...

And I’m sure General Kelly is capable of dealing with that in an intelligent way.

I’m waiting for our new Communications Director that will be one of those boring shills like the military uses as a spokesperson. They will speak in quiet bureaucratic phrases, and will never ever under any circumstances say anything that could upset suburban housewives, the GOPe, or the State Department.
