If the Russians paid for a dossier that was intended to be damaging to Trump, then that does not fit with the rat party, deep state narrative.
The witness said Fusion GPS was paid, indirectly, by a high Russian government official. - And, whatever, it seems more probable that Comey used the dossier to initiate FISA warrants that were the beginning of his investigation into supposed Trump campaign collusion.

Congressional testimony STILL carries a narrative that "Russia meddled in our election" whether pro-Trump or anti-Trump but that is all DISINFORMATION.. THE DEEP STATE WAS DOING ALL OF IT, NOT THE RUSSIANS.

You’re making a case that this entire, confused set of circumstances, including the Russian lawyer, is some complicated plot to damage Trump and protect Hillary from any culpability.
So, why do you consider the possibility raised by Sundance that Russians might have paid Fusion GPS to produce a dossier damaging to Trump to be misdirection?
Projection. Whatever the dems cause others of doing is what they are actually doing.
