Yes, that actually means FBI Director James Comey was using propaganda commissioned by Russia to attack Trump, as the framework to launch his FBI investigation into candidate Donald Trump and Russian collusion.

Yes, this and McCain’s stopping the senate action on repealing Obamacare last night looks like just one more action by Juan done for pure spite and revenge toward Trump.
And if this is true, it should turn this entire Russia, Russia, Russia hysteria upside down and send an actual legitimate investigation in an entirely different direction.

The Trump take down was funded by more than one group. A republican candidate for pres started it and abandoned it, the DNC funded it. The Russians got paid for evidence, but the money came from a republican and the DNC. Comey offered to pay more, to get the evidence firmed up.
IOW, the Russians didn't sua sponte hire Fusion GPS to get dirt on Trump. That hiring was mostly by the DNC and substantially sweetened with an offer for cash from Comey.
