You knew this was going to happen, but if Kelly has no way of controlling Scaramucci or Bannon or Jared or Ivanka then he’s getting set up for failure himself
That was one of my first thoughts but I'm sure Kelly knows how to enforce a chain of command and that he got that chain straightened out before he accepted.
