That would be giving liberals a wide opening to a power of hell.

Yet, using taxpayers as non-volunteer piggy-banks to the ever-producing welfare brood-mare is different...how??

Govt seems to approve of the bastard-rearing more-so than the abuser.

Let me guess. You are a libertarian, right? An inch thick and a mile wide. : )

I think it would be a good thing to let people pay for their own babies so they will be responsible in making them. That is the way the Nation was designed.

The State forcefully sterilizing men is not in the constitution. It’s the stuff of the USSR and Nazi Germany.
Neither is the gov. paying for other people’s babies via taxation in the constitution. Let’s stop doing that.

I’m a big civil libertarian. But allowing people addicted to heroin, meth or worse and keeping them in the free population is doing nobody a service.

Why not? We let alcoholics live amongst the free population. I've met some wretched drunks who were incapable of functioning until they got some booze in their system, their bodies wrecked by addiction. There's heroin addicts who go to work every day. I've known meth heads and crackheads who held down jobs.
