WASHINGTON—President Donald Trump’s newly appointed communications director publicly acknowledged his power struggle with the White House chief of staff and said their differences may be too wide to bridge.
Anthony Scaramucci, who joined the White House last week and reports directly to the president rather than to the chief of staff, as is customary, said in a CNN interview that he and Chief of Staff Reince Priebus have been at odds
“We have had differences. When I said we were brothers from the podium, that’s because we’re rough on each other,” he said, referring to a comment he made last week. “Some brothers are like Cain and Abel. Other brothers can fight with each other and get along.” He continued: “I don’t know if this is reparable or not, that will be up to the president.”

I noticed that dynamic, too. But, Scaramouche looks crazy as all get-out there, if we want to be honest.
Overall photo snaps mean nothing.
The headline was a bit misleading.
Still, from the start one wondered why über-RINO Rebus was brought in. But, it’s understandable why.
Now, after six months or so, it is time to shake up and shake out.
Scaramucci talks strongly and has a backbone and attitude and concise articulateness that is needed.
He may end up Chief of Staff.
This is still rough waters for Trump to negotiate, though, all w/regard to the GOPe and their remaining power, which could harm Trump or even remove him from office.
It’s a long haul, we are looking at 8 years and need to be patient and be in a position for 8 more years in ‘24.
I don’t know either, but I would like to see far less of it, at least being done in public. There are numerous Cabinet positions yet to be filled, but who would want to work in such a hostile, backstabbing environment? Who voluntarily jumps into a Snake Pit? Oh, there will be some who do, but there are likely many who would refuse, seeing how the present team is being treated.
Scaramuch’ is still mortal, and can be brought down too, like a wounded gazelle surrounded by hyenas. His financial history is somewhat storied, somewhat murky. Certain parties may try to turn up the heat around the New Man. Make him want to leave the kitchen before it all gets too damn hot.
There has got to be a huge amount of resentment toward Scaramuch for being a newcomer who is already starting problems. Someone is going to try to turn the tables.

Get rid of Reince or Scaramucci if either one of them leak and bring in Newt.
It is stunning that a man with as much successful experience as Trump has let his administration fall apart. How? Why? And can he get his act together?

I never quite understood Priebus joining Trump in the WH. During the primaries, it was clear Trump was causing him deep heartburn. And he always seemed until he had to cool about Trump being the standard bearer.
Help me here. Which is which?

Yeah, the guy was crazy. But he was damn good, too. LOL.
The inherent problem is that most appointments require approval by the Senate, which means that the appointees need to have some relevant experience. True outsiders which is what is needed would be very unlikely to get through the Senate.
That picture looks like a set up to me...
