The Bizarre Hacking Scandal That Democrats And The Press Are Happy To Ignore
Investor's Business Daily ^ | 7/26/2017 | Staff

Scandal: When federal officials arrested Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz's IT aide, Imran Awan, as he tried to flee for his native Pakistan, it was the latest twist to an already twisted scandal involving several House IT workers who possibly stole highly sensitive information from several Democrats. Stranger still has been the Democrats' nonresponse to this unfolding scandal.

Back in February, the Capitol Hill police opened a criminal investigation into Awan and four other House employees who provided IT services for several Democrats, including those serving on the House intelligence, foreign affairs and homeland security committees.

Investigators were looking into whether these employees, who had access to emails and official documents of dozens of Democratic lawmakers, had stolen equipment and sent information to an off-site server. The police immediately shut off their access to the House network.

From there, the story got weirder with every new revelation.

It turned out that the other four being investigated were relatives of Awan — two brothers, his wife, and a sister-in-law. Then we learned that Awan's bothers owed money to a Hezbollah-connected fugitive, and a friend of Awan's had been working at McDonald's before getting hired as an IT professional by Congressional Democrats.

There is one other small odd piece to this story....how this guy walked into his credit union and convinced them that he actually owned his condo property....when he was renting it. So far, no one has explained the incompetence of the credit union and how easily that the guy got the 165,000. On that fraud alone, the guy can probably count on five years in prison.

How these people were able to get high-paying, highly sensitive jobs with dozens of House Democrats over the years is a mystery.

It's not a mystery to me.

Without knowing more, this case and Hitlery’s national security breaches exemplify the total disregard Democrats have for this country. They will gladly sell the country down the river for wealth and power and other times, just for the hell of it cause it makes them feel good.

I find it interesting that all of the interest and storytelling by the Democrats, Media, and rank and file liberals of all stripes seems to be about the relatively small amount of money.

I could care less about that...after all, nobody seems to wonder how these lawmakers grow fabulously rich while working at “jobs” that pay under $200K.

What I am deeply concerned with is what information these people had access to, and who they were giving it to.

As I follow this story, I can’t help but feel the grip of the crusty tentacles of Ms Clinton and her faithful servant,Huma.
Of course, I also ponder the media attention this would be getting if there were “R’s” associated with all the named persons

EARLY FREE REPUBLIC POST: Capitol Police revoked the Awans’ access to the congressional IT system in February 2017 after a major data breach was detected. Their access had allowed them to read emails and files of dozens of members, including many serving on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence and the House Committee on Foreign Affairs.

House Democrats have been nonchalant about the allegations, with some saying it was just a misunderstanding or the Capitol Police framed the Awans due to Islamophobia.

But official documents, court records and multiple interviews suggest the Awan crew may have engaged in tax fraud, extortion, bankruptcy fraud and insurance fraud and the money could have been funneled overseas. Abid has hired high-profile attorney James Bacon who specializes in anti-money laundering litigation.

The Awans share modest homes, drive unremarkable cars and report little in the way of assets on congressional disclosures. The family owns significant amounts of Virginia rental properties, which are heavily financed, with second mortgages sometimes taken out.

It’s unclear where the rental income goes because the Awans insist tenants pay in odd ways.

The Daily Caller News foundation interviewed multiple current and former tenants who said Imran insisted rent be paid in untraceable ways. Many of those TheDCNF interviewed about the Awans asked not to be identified for fear of suffering retaliation by the family, particularly renters to whose homes Imran has keys.

CIRCA 2012---DNC Chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz Parents Off to Jail for Corruption
Atlas Shrugs ^ | 1/18/12 | Pamela Geller / FR Posted by Nachum

Broward-Pal Beach Times: Richard Rubin — husband of former Broward County Commissioner Diana Wasserman-Rubin, who still faces seven felony charges of her own — was sentenced to ten months in federal prison.

Rubin, 66, pleaded guilty in April to federal tax evasion after failing to report $100,000 in fees he received from the town of Davie for a land deal he brokered in 2004. With attorney David Bogenschutz at his side, Rubin managed to get only ten months up the river — which is in accordance with sentencing guidelines but much less than the maximum penalty of five years. He's out on bail so we'll probably never see Imran Awan again.

So far, no one has explained the incompetence of the Congressional Federal Credit Union and how easily Imran fraudulently got a 165,000 loan on a rental property by falsifying apps claiming it as his "permanent residence."

Pamela Geller reported: Imran Awan, Florida Democratic Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz’s top IT aide was arrested Monday attempting to board a flight to Pakistan after wiring $283,000 from the Congressional Federal Credit Union to that country.

And when President Trump call them out and says Sessions should be looking into their corruption, the demwits think he should be impeached for thinking such a thing! Just goes to show that evil truly has no limits.

The scam at the Congressional Federal Credit Union has potential to open a can of worms.

[] The loans should be documented.

[] One of the documents to be examined is the appraisal, particularly the FORM NUMBER of the appraisal. A home appraisal would be on one form, while an income property would be on another. Flub-up here starts to unravel the story.

[] The appraiser is obligated to keep the file for five years. Many appraiser have their files archived on the cloud with national data services.

[] Friends take care of friends. Is there any commonality in the service providers associated with the multiple property purchases that are reportedly associated with the Awan clan? Think real estate agent, title company, escrow, closing attorney, appraiser, home inspector, etc. So many of these folks have been on-site and seen something, IMHO.

[] The appraisers are regulated at the state-level.

[] Now, is the time for a full court press.

“...scandal that Democrats and the press are eager to ignore...”

“Democrats” and the “press” are misnomers.

They are just subversives who are engaged in revolution.

There are no scandals associated with people like the Wieners and the Clintons because they are doing things that are furthering the revolution, and furthering the revolution is not a crime in the subversive’s conscience.

IMHO
