Why would they suspect terrorism? It’s never terrorism. The word terrorism is an islamophobic fiction.

I read this and it made me think of this exchange from the movie "Jurassic Park":

MALCOLM: The kids okay?

GRANT: Well, I didn't ask. Why wouldn't they be?

MALCOLM: Kids get scared.

GRANT: What's to be scared about? It's just a little hiccup in the power.

MALCOLM: I didn't say I was scared.

GRANT: I didn't say you were scared.

MALCOLM: I know.

GRANT: Fine.

Somehow, if one substitutes "terrorism" in there somehow, as in:

PUBLIC: Is it terrorism?

POLICE: Well, we don't know. Why would it be?

PUBLIC: People think these things are terrorism.

POLICE: What's to think it is terrorism for? It's just a little chainsaw action in the street.

PUBLIC: I didn't say it WAS terrorism.

POLICE: I didn't say you were saying it was terrorism.

PUBLIC: I know.

PUBLIC: Fine.
