MInnesota Gov Dayton changes his tune with this shooting and every cam safely off and not recording.
In this case, in a low crime area, no evidence of drugs nor weapons, or priors disobeying orders, a 40 year old Blonde woman was shot and killed. Justine Damond.
Dayton is an incredible hypocrite!

Gov. Dayton said the Cops were motivated by Racism right out of the gate in the other shootings, and he wants to name a Police Training center after someone was shot by Police in another shooting.

CRAZY THOUGHT: What were those cops doing BEFORE Justine's call? What if THEY were the ones doing the assaulting, and that's why their cameras were off? And maybe that's why Justine was shot. Maybe Noor thought that she had witnessed them doing whatever. Is this maybe why we are not hearing anything more about that assault call - whatever happened to the woman screaming? Maybe I watch too much TV.
I can see a scenario like that, where the mayor orders the DA to refuse to prosecute the cop.
However, in the inevitable civil suit, I do have trouble envisioning how the woman's family doesn't wind up owning the cop's house, his mosque, and the assets of the City of Minneapolis.

Mark Dayton is a dink.
From what I can read it seems the officer shot thinking he was being attacked. But, I think there are questions of competence to be asked in a hearing. It might be true that they are to eager to get recruits from certain ethnic areas and take people wh should not be officers in the first place.
