He feared for his life. Shot her, and shut up. This officer will not be prosecuted for murder. Possibly a lessor degree of manslaughter at the most.
I’ve seen it reported that he shot through the open window rather than the door. The abdomen shot makes it seem like it could have been through the door though.
He, without provocation, pointed a gun at an unarmed civilian female and pulled the trigger and she died. That’s murder so that’s what I’m going to call it though I am sure he will be charged with a lesser charge since he’s a cop and is held to a different standard than us lesser beings. That being said, I hope he ends up murdered himself because he deserves it and I would get a good laugh out of the irony.
