I doubt McConnell thinks this will go anywhere — probably a ploy to show Trump — “see we tried it your way”.
It will be interesting to see a projected Senate vote count for a pure repeal and then contrast it with what they achieved when Obama was in office.
But if it goes to a vote....
the electorate knows who to primary.
It is time for Trump to call McConnel into the Oval Office and explain that he either moves legislation TODAY or Trump will replace him. Trump is the head of the Republican party. He can replace the leaders in the House and Senate.

McConnell surely knows that it now matters. It is thus a mystery as to why he would put it out there given that it could expose members up for reelection next year.
