They are not obligated to fix it, make it work better, "conservatize" it, or anything else.
Full repeal, or let Obamacare crash and burn.

Yes and if they cannot get that then on to other business. They need to go to the podium and say we cannot get full repeal to save it because of the Democrats will not work with us and it is going to implode. Then explain we are moving on to other important business.
