Red, he should get annoyed. Savagesusie is a Christian but not in your church. You seem to forget, Paul started 7 different Christian churches and Peter one, and from those many versions arose. You should not be attacking Christian brothers and sisters. Pondering that is a good exercise for all of us. I am Southern Baptist, but it bears no fruit to attack Christians of other churches.

That judge needs to be removed form the bench one way or another.

Not to rip the bandage off a 200 plus year old wound, remember the supreme court said it was the final arbiter of what is constitutional. The constitution doesn’t say this. Trump should follow Jackson ( I believe) and tell the court to go enforce its ruling. He will not. Nothing the court can do.

I think the GOP centrists (aka leftists) would join the Democrats to vote for impeachment if Trump gives them an excuse. They are already doing everything they can to thwart is (OUR) political agenda.

Absolutely. RuPaul and Yertle are the worst Leaders the (formerly) Grand old Party could have. There's only one thing they answer to, and it isn't the Constitution or the American people.

And for those who say "Oh! But, but Mitch blocked Obama's pick for the Supreme Court! Why, if it wasn't for good old Mitch, Merrick Garland would have gotten in!

That's because "good old Mitch" was promised a Hillary Clinton presidency, and he was permitted to play that ruse. Once Hillary was in, "good old" Mitch would go back to his old ways and grease the skids for whomever the witch picked.

It's all Kabuki Theater when it comes to today's UniParty, folks.

But what if they believe that you should be murdered because you don't believe what they believe?

It's still their right to believe as they wish, buy if they even look crosswats at me, it's my right to take pre-emptive defensive action to protect myself and my loved ones.

Let us take matters into our own hands. We can can do a Gofundme account to finance one way airfare tickets to Hawaii for illegal immigrant families. Inundate the islands with illegals. Judge Watson should be very happy to welcome them to his state. After all illegals aren’t nearly the safety threat that Muslim radicals represent.. I have my checkbook and pen ready.

I see the judge’s ruling as unconstitutional on more than one level. The most glaring is that he’s showing a PREFERENCE for Islam, something even Congress isn’t allowed to do. For those who love the church and state separation clause, the judge’s ruling violates it.

Since this is 9th Circuit region, it falls under purview of Anthony Kennedy, iirc.

It is NOT a “travel ban”.

It is a Constitutionally mandated INVASION BAN (US Const, Art. IV, Sec. 4) regardless of a court’s decision.

The left doesn't fight fair, or by the rules, my friend. We will not beat them by adhering to Queensbury rules of engagement. This is a war for the survival of our country, and we have to be willing to fight as dirty as the enemy does, if we hope to win.

Especially when the law and the Constitution are on our side.

Unless Trump follows the law and Constitution, then the law and Constitution are not on his side. There is a valid argument that we are losing. For example they obstructed Trump's nominations, delayed 90% of them (versus R delating 10% of Obama's) in an attempt to neuter the executive branch. The spineless Senate R's let it happen by playing by the Queensbury rules as you point out. But those are rules, not laws.

If we want to win we are going to have to use or alter the rules to win. But we can't alter the law, except by the legislative process. Trump cannot alter the law, only use the powers he has including his political power.
