If true, this FISA warrant would have been carried out under Loretta Lynch, Attorney General to Barack Obama.
Former FBI Director James Comey has testified under oath to instances of collusion between AG Lynch and the Clinton campaign during 2016,

Comey testified that Lynch was basically carrying water for the Clinton campaign is the email “matter”.

It is not a big leap to assume Lynch was more active in assisting the Clinton campaign with intel gathered via intercepts and surveillance. Lynch could have been a priceless asset to Clinton if she got a FISA authoration to listen in on Trump campaign surrogates and staff.
