Nope, my kids live charmed lives. They got into the ones they wanted and were wanted by others too. But still, I felt terrible when I heard that there were kids that wanted in that couldn’t. It’s bullsh8t.
I didn’t join, smarty pants, but my kids did, and they got in the ones they wanted, I have never understood the appeal.
They are all gay at Harvard anyways...
When I was at Bama, I learned how future Alabama politicians began their cheating to win careers. I watched The Machine (Greeks) steal an election right in front of me. It was a College Republican election. The Greeks did not expect a large turnout of folks voting for new officers. When they saw they were going to lose, they began stuffing the ballot box. The fake winner eventually joined the staff of a RAT politician. Hahaha. I don’t remember his name, or I would look him up to see what he is doing now.
I would NEVER join an organization that would have ME for a member.
Ban Harvard! It’s very unfair to people who couldn’t get in.
Harvard has become an elitist racist sexist gateway to the most powerful policy making positions in our government. Those who get to go to Harvard do so only because of connections and pedigree more than outright ability. Then these special people become members of a group think club that gets rich and tells us what to do.
Sorry responding to myself. Fraternities or sororities tend to accentuate the favoritism mentioned above. Secret societies are even worse.
Exactly. There us a club called money making and controlling politics and the sheep, and it all starts at Harvard.
What about those students who only have a single gender?

The death this year of the kid at Penn State horrified me because I have a grandson there.
The frat is in VERY big trouble.
