Gov’t Food Stamp Program Discriminates Against US Citizens, Favors Illegals
CNS News ^ | July 11, 2017 | David North |

It's been nearly six months since Donald Trump took office, and some families with illegal aliens get food stamps (the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, or SNAP) while identical all-citizen families of the same size and with the same income do not receive them.

This is not a question of treating illegal aliens like other residents of this country, it is clear-cut discrimination against citizens and in favor of illegals.

Yesiree, like universities letting in illegals for in state rates while penalizing out of state Americans, it is a facial violation of the federal civil rights laws (discrimination on the basis of national origin).

If you provide benefits for illegals, you also have to provide the same benefits for Americans.

One remedy would be for ICE to prioritize for deportation illegals who get welfare, right behind illegals who commit crimes (over and above the illegal entry).

Rice and beans(only) make a full protein. No one goes hungry. Obesity among the poor disappears. Who in congress will present it?

Average food stamps are $127 a month per person.

2 people =$254

No taxes.

One remedy I like better is to fire any and all employees at the department of agriculture and shut down the SNAP program unless or until the program can exclude any and all illegal aliens and inform them that the illegal alien families of anchor babies DO NOT qualify as recipients!

I have an acquaintance who is on dialysis. Not eligible for transplant.

Medicare and Medicaid and SSDI pay the medical and just enough to live in subsidized housing.

Food Stamps..$12 a month, because she earns too much.

Actually it looks like this is the fault at state level too.
I would hope this gets into the public notice but I am not counting on it.
If people understood how much we taxpayers are paying TWICE for school breakfasts lunches and snacks all year, It rould be close to a billion or more
We give the parents SNAP AND then free food at schools.

Think the parents use the SNAP food intended for the kinds meals on healthy food since they do not have to provide breakfast and lunch?
Sure

Thank you for referencing that article detective. As usual, please note that the following critique is directed at the article and not at you.

"Gov’t Food Stamp Program Discriminates Against US Citizens, Favors Illegals"

FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponent’s Argument

Patriots need to start checking every action of the corrupt federal government against the powers expressly constitutionally delegated by the states to the feds, most of these powers listed in the Constitution’s Section 8 of Article I.

And if no clause is found that can reasonably justify an action of the feds, then the fed’s action is probably unconstitutional.

Regarding misguided concerns of eligibility for so-called federal food stamps, please consider the following.

Politically correct, vote-winning interpretations of the Constitution’s General Welfare Clause (GWC; 1.8.1) aside, such interpretations used to justify federal food stamps, other than for constitutionally justified military purposes imo, it remains that the states have never expressly constitutionally delegated to the corrupt feds the specific power to tax and spend for food stamps for anyone, citizens or illegals.

This is evidenced by the following excerpts from the writings of Thomas Jefferson, previous generations of state sovereignty-respecting Supreme Court justices, and John Bingham, a constitutional lawmaker.

In other words, federal food stamps are based on stolen state revenues, revenues stolen my by means of unconstitutional federal taxes evidenced by the excerpt from Gibbons v. Ogden above, revenues that the states could be using for their own food stamp programs.

Drain the swamp! Drain the swamp!

Remember in November ’18 !

Since Pres. Trump entered the ’16 presidential race too late for patriots to make sure that there were state sovereignty-respecting candidates on the primary ballots, patriots need make sure that such candidates are on the ’18 primary ballots so that they can be elected to support Trump in draining the unconstitutionally big federal government swamp.

Such a Congress will also be able to finish draining the swamp with respect to getting the remaining state sovereignty-ignoring, activist Supreme Court justices off of the bench.

In fact, if Justice Gorsuch turns out to be a liberal Trojan Horse then we will need 67 patriot senators to remove a House-impeached Gorsuch from office.

Noting that the primaries start in Iowa and New Hampshire in February ‘18, patriots need to challenge candidates for federal office in the following way.

While I Googled the primary information above concerning Iowa and New Hampshire, FReeper iowamark brought to my attention that the February primaries for these states apply only to presidential election years. And after doing some more scratching, since primary dates for most states for 2018 elections probably haven’t been uploaded at this time (March 14, 2017), FReepers will need to find out primary dates from sources and / or websites in their own states.

Patriots need to qualify candidates by asking them why the Founding States made the Constitution’s Section 8 of Article I; to limit (cripple) the federal government’s powers.

Patriots also need to find candidates that are knowledgeable of the Supreme Court's clarifications of the federal government’s limited powers listed above.

The 14th Amendment provides equal protection only for citizens. Non-citizens do not have equal protection.

Re-calculate.

And their kids get free breakfast/lunch at school, food backpacks for the weekends, and lunches during summer vacation.

My apologies.

I wasn’t doubting your stats, but I now see from re-reading my comment how I left that impression.

I guess my point kinda fit with the article, that a 54 yo single white female doesn’t get all that much from the Food Stamp Program.

But...we’re still footing the bill for 100% of her always ill life.

Something I struggle with morally, since her issues are self inflicted
