Russians may, like other hackers, have had an indirect effect. Not in changing votes, but in getting early peeks at vote totals that could point up later attempts to massage the totals.

It was at least weeks before the election and the dimocrats were talking about Russians hacking the election, but I guess it wasn't 'stolen' until the votes from the illegals and dear departed were all counted.
