Trying to counter sue under SLAPP is next to impossible in Canada. I was involved as a co-plaintiff that tried this and basically we were told (paraphrasing here) that “it is the prerogative of lawyers to initiate lawsuits and we find nothing wrong with that”. Meaning, judges, who were once lawyers, have no issue with predatory lawsuits, so too bad for you.

Federal courts throw out frivolous suits all the time, but this is the D.C. court system - a place no defendant should ever be.

infamous "hockey stick" in his thesis, when he had to defend & share data.
It was immediately after graduating, did the infamous infamous "hockey stick" appear in his data.

In the 2000s Penn State had an ice cave (refrigeration units) behind the mineral sciences building that contained ice bore drilling from iceland. I asked Mann why this data was not used to verify his model and got no response.
GW at PSU has become a religion. No questioning free thought exists. Only indoctrination. It is my opinion that no meaningful science is learned or done at this institution.
