The watch dog’s board should be arrested for obstruction of governance. She is a menace to American Society

Wouldn’t surprise me if they claimed we need a do-over because one of the candidates didn’t live in the district. Never mind it was their candidate and there’s no requirement to live in the district - IT’S NOT FAIRRRRRR (since they lost).

But we KNOW that there is no voter fraud?

It seems impossible to the Left that a Republican can win an election without fraud.

These people are spiraling down the insanity drain.

I can agree with this organization about the touchscreen.

Perhaps they are doing us a favor. Maybe we should back off and let this play out. I’m against ANY voting system that is all electronic, where there is no paper trail.

Remember where the cheating happens. It’s 99% on the left. Remember when Jill Stein filed suit for recounts of Trump/Clinton and those recounts showed fraud on the left.

I have zero concern that there is any fraud on the right and complete confidence that there IS fraud on the left. So my only concern with this lawsuit is that there could be fraud in the investigation/recount. That is something that needs to be watched closely.

If what they accomplish is to overturn elections with no paper trail, and make all-electronic voting illegal, then I am all in favor.

You do know if the shoe were on the other foot about who lives where that it would be just another reason for the do-over, right?

The election was in April, followed by a run-off in June. Why did this group wait until May?

It’s the same as last fall, wait until after the voting and then produce a litany of “could haves”.

We have no proof of bad things happening but they might at some future date.

The judge better toss this and quick.

Then the state ought to consider upgrading or changing systems

Better have a special investigation to see if they have Russian contacts!

Uh no. No federalizing the election process even the issuance of IDs. There is no federal election. There are state elections for federal office. It needs to stay that way.

I agree, mostly. Keep elections under state control, but there should be federal standards requiring presentation of a state-issued voter ID (or US passport) based on proof of citizenship before voting. To avoid even the appearance of vote suppression, include federal funds for statewide “free ID” programs that require proof of citizenship. Otherwise, we get vote fraud at the level of California, Illinois, New York, and New Jersey.
