RUSH: You remember leading up to the presidential election in November that Donald Trump alluded to the fact that there might be as many as two million or millions of illegal alien votes? And do you remember the reaction from the Democrats and the media? It was like a bunch of stuck pigs in a barnyard on the way to slaughterhouse that had just figured out what was happening. They went bananas. And they said, This is outrageous! This is outrageous! Trump is tampering with the election with Russia and now hes claiming that illegals are voting. This is outrageous, this is irresponsible, Trump is destroying our democracy, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
And all the while, none of them could say that it wasnt true. Nobody could say it wasnt true. So heres the thing. At the time the Democrats were accusing the Russians of tampering with, of hacking the election, Trump comes along and says, Yeah, there may be as many as two million illegal people voting. Democrats say, No way. Its not possible. You remember this. Im sure you do. It was one of the many incidents Trump had said something that the reaction from the Democrats and the media was, See, Im telling you, this guy is insane. This guy is unfit! This guy is a danger.
I had seen that figure alluded to, it was a blog post, not a news story. I forget the blog. But I think it was the same place Trump got it, actually. I had seen it as well. Anyway, our old buddy Rowan Scarborough here at the Washington Times: A research group in New Jersey has have you seen this? Youve got a smile on your face like you know where this is going, but you havent seen this. A research group in New Jersey has taken a fresh look at postelection polling data and concluded that by the way, this is election poll. This is not opinion polling. This is at the polling place.
A research group in New Jersey has taken a fresh look at postelection polling data and concluded that the number of noncitizens voting illegally in U.S. elections is likely far greater than previous estimates. As many as 5.7 million noncitizens may have voted in the 2008 election, which put Barack Obama in the White House. The research organization Just Facts, a widely cited, independent think tank led by self-described conservatives and libertarians, revealed its number-crunching in a report on national immigration.
Just Facts President James D. Agresti and his team looked at data from an extensive Harvard/YouGov study that every two years questions a sample size of tens of thousands of voters. Remember the Harvard YouGov study, that contained a lot of data shocking to Democrats. I cant remember anything off the top of my head, but Ill be able to dig it up because we reported on two or three elements of the Harvard study, and it is of thousands of people, which is one of the reasons its paid so much close attention, and it revealed some really shocking things to left-wing conventional wisdom. I promise Ill dig some stuff out. My memory on this is failing at the moment.
But they looked at data from Harvard/YouGov study that every two years questions a sample size of tens of thousands of voters. Some acknowledge they are noncitizens and are thus ineligible to vote. Just Facts conclusions confront both sides in the illegal voting debate: those who say it happens a lot and those who say the problem nonexistent. In one camp, there are groundbreaking studies by professors at Old Dominion University in Virginia who attempted to compile scientifically derived illegal voting numbers using the Harvard data, called the Cooperative Congressional Election Study. On the other side are the professors who conducted the study and contended that zero noncitizens of about 18 million adults in the U.S. voted. The liberal mainstream media adopted this position and proclaimed the Old Dominion work was debunked.'
In other words, the Drive-Bys said there wasnt any illegal voting, we cant cheat like that in this country. Now, that was absurd, because we know the objective, at least as far as the Democrats are concerned and many Republicans, too, is to get as many illegals in the country and register them. The Democrats think that theyre automatically gonna register as Democrats. The Republicans think they can get them if they simply stand for comprehensive immigration reform, i.e., amnesty.
The ODU professors, who stand by their work in the face of attacks from the left, concluded that in 2008 as few as 38,000 and as many as 2.8 million noncitizens voted. Thats a big range. Mr. Agresti, the president of Just Facts, the think tank doing all this, that analysis of the same polling data settled on much higher numbers. He estimated that as many as 7.9 million noncitizens were illegally registered, to vote in 2008, and that between 594,000 to 5.7 million voted.
And Mr. Scarborough reports here that These numbers are more in line with the unverified estimates given by President Trump, who said the number of ballots cast by noncitizens was the reason he lost the popular vote to Hillary Clinton. So no one really knows. This is the bottom line. No one really knows because most illegals are not gonna tell you the truth about this. Hi. Im from the Harvard YouGov survey, and were trying to find people that voted illegally. Are you one of them?
Yes. I will confirm I voted illegally.
You did? People are not gonna admit they voted illegally. Heres the bottom line. Trump was reacted to by, That cant be true. Theres no way. But they couldnt prove that Trump was wrong. By the same token, nobody else could prove that they were wrong. Common sense has to enter this picture. Common sense must accommodate the likelihood that there are Democrats seeking to get illegal aliens registered to vote. Thats the primary reason behind their support for amnesty.
Rush gets his material from FR. He is always talking about something I read on FR a day or so before.
Was there ever any doubt?
But it wasn't just amnestied former illegals who voted for Sanchez, there were also illegal illegals. Mexican citizens. Voter fraud. And the GOP knew it.
But the Bush-Kemp-RINO Republicans were already throwing Americans under the bus in their rush to suck up to the Great Latino Future. So when Dornan asked for an investigation and a recount the GOP's response was "¿Que?"
So illegal alien voter fraud is hardly new. And plenty of Californians who know Rush tried to get him to talk about it but he was on board with the It Doesn't Matter Establishment Republicans. But better late than never.
Something else that I find very strange in this whole election is the fact that the democrats are saying the Russians hacked the DNC computer system and leaked the emails. But they are not alleging that the Russians fabricated the contents of those Emails. So if they admit that the leaking of those emails cost them the election, then they must also admit that if the majority of the public really knew what they were up to and how they operate and the things that they say would change the election in the Republicans favor, then what is that really saying?? It’s like saying they are dirty rotten to the core scoundrels but as long as it is not exposed, then they can win. But when it is exposed they cannot.
Obama gave them the Green Light to do it.
.
There are more than 2 million voting dead in California alone.
.
I am of the opinion that we need a constitutional amendment that places federal election under federal rules and further stipulates:
Federal voter rolls will be maintained separate from state voter rolls
That only US citizens are allowed to register to vote and only in their state of residence.
That the registration must be completed in person, with proof of residence and photo ID. A photo or digital copy of the ID will be made at the time of registration and the record maintained to validate those voting by mail in ballot. Exceptions to the physical presence can be made for those citizens who are unable to register in person due to physical restrictions.
All federal voter registrations will be purged 30 days after the swearing in of a new president.
To receive a ballot in a federal election, a government issued ID must be provided at the time of the election. If voting by absentee ballot, the voter must request a ballot 30 days prior to the election and must provide a photo copy of their government ID
too many of these stories of voter fraud etc...and nothing is apparently good enough to take to the judiciary....so why bother?
Nevada voter fraud

I’ve heard that as many as 2-3 million illegals voted in CA alone thanks to Jerry Brown and his merry band of RAT’s motor voter BS.
Its not just a Federal problem.
It swings the State and local Governments much farther to the left then they otherwise would be.
Probably well over a million in California alone.
The DNC is trying to misdirect the search for the killer of Seth Rich from a domestic suspect to a Russian suspect. However, you have to wonder if Podesta is considered to be domestic or Russian.
Federalization is not the solution.
The already have the records.
Corruption in high places is the problem. It is why this was not fixed long ago.
What’s more likely, millions of illegal voters or one country voting millions of time or hacking thousands of voting systems?
Fake voters and computerized voting machines.
If you don’t think election results are whatever the beast wants, you may be sleeping...
Bottom Line - the poll I read about was a written online poll.
As I recall, about one percent of the respondents checked the non-citizen box.
However, that was well within the margin of error - namely, checking the wrong box - so I felt the high end estimate for 2.8 million was totally unscientific speculation.
