The National Security Council has informed conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch that materials regarding former National Security Adviser Susan Rice's reported requests to identify "masked" U.S. persons in intelligence reports linked to President Donald Trump's transition and campaign have been sent to Barack Obama's presidential library outside of Chicago.
Rice, who served as a senior official during the Obama administration, had requested on several occasions the identities of U.S. persons associated with Trump whose identities were concealed, according to press reports from earlier this year.
Following the revelations, Judicial Watch sent a Freedom of Information Act request on April 4 for records concerning "any and all requests for information, analyses, summaries, assessments, transcripts, or similar records submitted to any intelligence community member agency or any official, employee, or representative thereof by
Rice" related to several issues.

That was a rhetorical question.
Obama library will not contain original documents.

This maneuver (send records to a presidential library) seems like a corrupt end-run around NARA data retention regulations. President Trump must not allow this corruption to succeed.
He’s dead, Jim.........................
That library has been built?
So they just thought of a place they could ship documents off to so that nobody could have them? It’s not possible in a sane world that this could work.
Treason in the form of going against We The People and our judicial system. The US Congress and President Trump must intervene and stop this illegal act.
Comments?
Get a court to order Rice she can either dig thru boxes till it turns up, or choose between stripes and solids. (Black and white vs. Orange).
The answer is readily apparent. There are people in the position of “being able to make it happen” who don’t want it to happen.
"Susan, as you sift through the intel, get me something
damaging on Penguin books so I can shake them down for
a lucrative book deal."
"And get Harvey Einstein's tax returns. Malia needs a job."
"Oh, and Lois needs intel to target conservatives' tax-exempt status.
"And I need as many files as you can sift thru on Democrats,
especially intel on Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer."
What is sent away will be “lost”.
It’s a bizarre world that the Democrats have built for us.
It’s a world in which our nation’s most closely held secrets can be carried out of a building and shared openly while records of criminal behavior can seemingly be safely ensconced away - in a library.
Time to unmask the mask on the unmasking.
Some documents will be digitized, and some won’t.
I hope there is a log of exactly what’s there when it left Washington DC.
Actual obstruction of Justice.
The repetitious reality among the Dems is to lie, deny, obfuscate, deceive, delay,
and then begin the cycle all over again, until it becomes "old news", or the litigants died of old age.
This process is re-enforced by the biased lamestream media .
If it’s a “library” why can’t we see the records?
Subpoena the damn things and bring in U.S. Marshalls if necessary.
These people want libraries named after them because their massive egos never want their names forgotten. Even though one of them can barely read and paints goofing looking cartoons that any 10 year could paint. I’m sure he’ll have a place in his library to show his “art”. And it will give his wife a place to go read since she supposedly likes to read a lot.
The president behind him can only read a teleprompter. Obviously he won’t need a library.
In this day and age they should be building a digital library.
Should have read your link.
And enabled by a GOP that doesn’t give a damn.
