Her estranged husband, Donald Root, claims in court documents that he kept her cell phone records and they show they talked several times before they admit to having an affair during a murder trial that the judge presided over and the detective testified as the lead investigator.

Democrat judge appointed to a vacancy by former Democrat Governor Granholm.

I believe the perjury charge actually resulted from her more recent divorce proceedings. Hubby owned her cell phone, so he had records of her adulterous calls with her lover, during the time of the murder trial. (She's a Democrat, so her IQ can be reasonably guessed at.)

Wonder how many poor saps got soaked in her divorce court.

A local judge here was having an affair with the DA. The DA didn’t have any trouble getting the death penalty against a defendant in her court.

If you are in a relationship with a judge and you are in law (attorney, police, DA, etc) you should not be able to have dealings with the judge.

I know a few attorneys who know her. They all, including the democrats, say she’s a terrible judge.
