Ann Coulter Turns Against Trump Over Border Wall: 'I Thought He'd Help OUR Country'
PJ Media ^ | 06-18-2017 | Michael van der Galien

Posted on 06/18/2017 11:32:56 AM PDT by Michael van der Galien

Conservative rabble rouser and 2016 Trump supporter Ann Coulter is suddenly turning against the man she supported during the GOP primaries and the presidential elections. Coulter, who told voters for months (if not years) that Trump was the man who would make America great again, is now suggesting that Vice President Mike Pence would make a better president.

The final straw that caused Coulter to go from prolific supporter to critic was the Trump administration's decision not to get rid of Obama's executive amnesty:

TWEETS FROM COULTER

Of course, Trump has cut regulations, left TPP, left the Paris climate accord, and added trillions to the stock market, but none of that matters to Coulter. It's all about the border wall to her. As long as Trump doesn't build the big, magnificent wall he promised during the campaign, Coulter will go after him like a lioness hunts down a naive impala.

Ann needs to go eat a pizza, and also stop smoking.

She’s actually kinda nuts IMO.

Even Freepers fall into the media ditch when they pay attention to the wrong people and don’t check things out for themselves.....Coulter isn’t a reliable source to begin with....most know this. Besides she’s all about immigration etc. because that the theme for the books she’s selling....must be they aren’t lining up to buy them... LOLOL

"What the f* planet is she living on?"

With all due respect to Ms Coulter and Sarah Palin, Coulter supported Romney while Palin supported McCain. So the planet question is reasonably politically applicable imo.

Regarding Trump’s wall, Pres. Trump is still promising the wall so it is coming imo.

Noting that I gladly voted for Trump and do not regret doing so, the real problem the wall is that some of Trump’s campaign promises were shortsighted for the following reason.

Evidently neither Trump, or his supporters, understood that the Oval Office is constitutionally “married” to Congress. And while patriots cleaned up the Oval Office in the last election, they haven’t cleaned up Congress.

So Trump’s first two years in office are basically practice imo, the RINO-controlled, anti-Trump Congress seemingly trying to block Trump’s every move.

On the other hand, Trump’s negotiating skills have been shining through, and probably more than we think, regardless of “doubting Thomases” like Coulter.

The bottom line is that patriots need to follow through with cleaning up Congress, as they did with the Oval Office in 2016, patriots hopefully electing as much of a Trump-supporting Congress as they can in the 2018 elections.

Regarding the wall, I surmise that part of the delay with the wall is that the federal fiscal year for ’16 - ’17 had already started when Trump won the election, the fiscal year not ending until Sept. 30, 2017.

2017 United States federal budget

So the wall has evidently been delayed because it wasn’t in the budget, corrections, insights welcome. (I wouldn’t be surprised if the corrupt feds have billions hidden in nooks and crannies that could be used for the wall. But they’re probably not going to let Trump know about it if so.)

Drain the swamp! Drain the swamp!

Remember in November ’18 !

Since Trump entered the ’16 presidential race too late for patriots to make sure that there were state sovereignty-respecting candidates on the primary ballots, patriots need make sure that such candidates are on the ’18 primary ballots so that they can be elected to support Trump in draining the unconstitutionally big federal government swamp.

Such a Congress will also be able to finish draining the swamp with respect to getting the remaining state sovereignty-ignoring, activist Supreme Court justices off of the bench.

In fact, if Justice Gorsuch turns out to be a liberal Trojan Horse then we will need 67 patriot senators to remove a House-impeached Gorsuch from office.

Noting that the primaries start in Iowa and New Hampshire in February ‘18, patriots need to challenge candidates for federal office in the following way.

While I Googled the primary information above concerning Iowa and New Hampshire, FReeper iowamark brought to my attention that the February primaries for these states apply only to presidential election years. And after doing some more scratching, since primary dates for most states for 2018 elections probably haven’t been uploaded at this time (March 14, 2017), FReepers will need to find out primary dates from sources and / or websites in their own states.

Patriots need to qualify candidates by asking them why the Founding States made the Constitution’s Section 8 of Article I; to limit (cripple) the federal government’s powers.

Patriots also need to find candidates that are knowledgeable of the Supreme Court's clarifications of the federal government’s limited powers listed below.

“He’s losing my support. “

Bye, snowflake.

My support is based on more than one part of one issue. If you are so myopic that everything else he has done just flies right over your head, then you were a marginal supporter at best.

The Democrats in 2020 will happily await your support.

Like why cant the left be this damn fickle with the Democrats?

Ann....It'll come...what's the hurry.....and border jumpers are way down.....and didn't cost a dime.

The DACA people are the problem cuz they're all filing lawsuits. Do we want that clog in our system now?

He's losing my support. He broke his promise on the DACA Amnesty. Illegal immigration is the MAIN reason I voted for him.

Overall, the President is doing great on the illegal immigration issue, and the numbers back that up.

If the President only keeping 95% of his campaign promises is all it takes to lose your support, then you're just indulging your NeverTrump impulses.

Get a grip...

Ann, who dated a Muslim, has a keyboard...she has no clue of what Trump faces from both parties.

Broken promises are a NOGO with me. Maybe you don’t care if Trump lies to your face, but I’m not going to remain silent about it, Obot.

So far enforcement and deportation seem to be doing a good job in reducing the illegal influx of aliens. Might be a whole lot cheaper than the wall and more effective in the long run. Ann should be giving Trump some credit for this.

I don’t recall hearing Trump push for it at all in the supplemental money bill that passed and he put very little money for it in his own bill for FY 18. And so???
