Ryan is close to the top.
He SET UP Trump when he said he would campaign with him that weekend during the elections.
HE KNEW about the recording of Trump on the bus and KNEW he would NEVER actually have to campaign with Trump that weekend, as the tape was released RIGHT BEFORE.
Then he smashed Trump as hard as he could but when he sadly realized that no one gave a #### about the video, he jumped back on the Trump wagon.
