Space Aliens: Evolutionists’ Imaginary Friends

Those who believe life emerges from atoms pretend to talk to companions they don’t even know exist.

It’s common in atheist circles to mock believers in God as having an “imaginary friend” that gives them comfort like a cosmic teddy bear. Well, how about those who believe in billions of invisible friends? That’s the faith that keeps atheists willing to spend time and effort looking for them. It launches many a book and article about what these imaginary products of evolution might be like.

So God must be left-handed too - like all of best of us!

Just curious: For the sake of argument let’s say that life is discovered on another planet or that tomorrow aliens show up at the UN to ask why we tolerate socialism.

Will it change your faith in Jesus? Would you doubt your salvation?

Of course not.

Then why does it matter?

Aloneness appears to be a strange idea to that crowd too, since some kind of creation “force” seems to be intuitively accepted. Christians differ mainly in the character and history of where this buck is asserted to stop.

In the meantime be bold, Christians, about our Friend.

It’s about an aspect of Christian witness.

We fall for secular socialism because it is ersatz Christianity.

And let’s not hide it. Are you so independent that you even refuse Social Security? Maybe you are a pick and choose “conservative”?

I have six children and sometime today, tomorrow, or the next day I’ll have seven.

Only two of them have social security numbers because they were born in a hospital. We do not accept the SSN for the rest and we do not take a tax deduction for any of them.

I’ve posted this before so search it and you’ll see this is nothing new.

Any other questions?

If you really think my post was about socialism then reading comprehension just isn’t your thing, is it?

Ok, honorable mention for that effort. In the meantime you look down your nose at the rest? And US employment will be fun if it is any kind of legal business. Thanks for revealing motive numero uno. When you tried to hide it. As for me and my house we will serve the Lord. Any questions?

They have to believe in something beyond themselves, or there's just them.

That’s what I was talking about.

My faith is not conditioned on hoping that humanity is alone in the universe or that the only life in the universe is on this planet.

Jesus’s rule was pretty simple and it was unconditional.

“I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” - John 14:6

And that’s all I worry about. All this other stuff is just noise like worrying over how many angels can dance on the head of a pin.

I’m not saying that Creationists are wrong about everything but I am worried that they’re so caught up in meaningless details that they’re missing the very simple gift of salvation which comes by faith in Christ alone.
