Former Gov. Sarah Palin appears to be seriously considering a libel case against The New York Times. The Times published an editorial Wednesday night in which they revisited a conspiracy theory regarding the attack on Rep. Gabrielle Giffords (D-AZ) in 2011.
Sue the crap out of these rotten bastards.

As to suits in general, it ought to be set that in most cases the Lawyers get nothing unless the case is won.
There would be fewer frivolous suits if the shysters weren’t allowed to build up the hours THEN tell you the case is impossible.

Let's near the NYT attorneys defend the laughable notion that Sarah Palin's map motivated Loughner, when there is no evidence that he ever saw it, or that ANYONE would be motivated to shoot a politician because of X marks on a damn map.
