Not only fire him but also appoint a special prosecutor to investigate Comey and Mueller’s ties in this as well as anyone else found colluding with them in any way. A real partisan law man with a southern accent and since Sessions is busy Gowdy will do fine. Just think the swamp half drained, many democrats at least out of a job-at all levels. I’d bet several rhinos too. I say prosecute anyone who broke the law. Oh yeah. I’d set the dogs loose.

Sundance is giving Comey way too much credit.

The goal is as follows:
1. Discredit Trump
2. Keep Trump mired down in scandal.
3. If really, really lucky, get Trump or several of his people on perjury charges (think Scooter Libby) during the investigation.

The utter BS that Comey spewed when he let Clinton off nearly a year ago is what he is still trying to play off. The lies since all come back to that. He let Clinton and company walk away. Everything since is to try and make himself look good.

I raised in an earlier thread that if Mueller is as provided under DOJ regulations vested with all the authority of a US Attorney and is granting immunity like a US Attorney, then his appointment as Special Counsel may be invalid because the statutory law (which overrides mere DOJ Special Counsel regulations) requires all US Attorneys to be approved by the Senate.

We hear a lot about 3D chess but we can see it in action and it started with Sessions recusing himself. The things that have fallen in place against Trump could not have been happenstance.

The fact that you can't figure out if the chairs of the committees are republican or democrat should give one pause. Ryan today just said the best thing for Trump to do is let Mueller's investigation go forward. Judging by who Mueller is hiring there is no chance they won't come up with a charge.

This is a plan hatched by the Clintonoids with the complete cooperation of the Republican leadership. The only people that were even remotely fair with Sessions was Cotton and Lankford. Kamalla Harris was disgusting. McCain looks like he aged 20 years since I last saw him, he is not well.

Comey didn’t, because the reality is he didn’t want a special counsel, because the reality is there’s no “there” there for the special counsel to investigate...Comey's not smart enough or wrapped tightly enough to come up with all this - the story Carter is chasing is leaked from closed testimony before the Intelligence Committee, apparently backed up with some sort of classified documentation, showing Lynch conspired with someone in the DNC to short-circuit the investigation of Hillary Clinton - it sounds as though there's some validity to it - but of course someone would have to be insane to think that anyone as high in the 'rat party as Lynch, let alone Bill and Hill, would ever be held to justice in this country - it would take, say, a special counsel with impeccable credentials like, say, Robert Mueller's were before he started on his current venture - and of course no Democrat and much of the country would never believe his findings against high level 'rats unless, say maybe, he loaded his staff with high powered lawyers who all donated to and were all well connected within the party itself - that way Mueller could plausibly claim that his investigation was impartial - and even at that, there'd have to be some high-status 'rats out front supporting the effort, like say, Senator Di of California musing out loud that Lynch should be investigated - no, no sane person could ever even think about the possibility that the investigation could be turning toward the Democrats......

2. That unnamed "source" "believes" this happened.

It is possible that while some of what Comey said was a flat-out lie, not all of it was. He undoubtedly sprinkled in just enough truth to give himself some plausibility. That’s how disinformation works.

It is highly likely that some of the truth he sprinkled in is in what he said about Lynch.

I think Comey exposing a little truth about Lynch was a ruse to make everyone think that whatever he said was true, that he, himself, was merely truth and morality waiting around for a chance to speak out.
