After the Manchester terrorist attack, it was revealed that there are not "just" 3,000 jihadists on the loose in the UK, as the public had previously been informed, but rather a dismaying 23,000 jihadists. According to The Times:
"About 3,000 people from the total group are judged to pose a threat and are under investigation or active monitoring in 500 operations being run by police and intelligence services. The 20,000 others have featured in previous inquiries and are categorised as posing a 'residual risk"'.
Why was the public informed of this only now?
Notably, among those who apparently posed only "a residual risk" and were therefore no longer under surveillance, were Salman Abedi, the Manchester bomber, and Khalid Masood, the Westminster killer.

The Jihadist killers and BLMers had been monitored and reported on by the FBI. Nothing was done until after they killed and maimed innocent Americans.

Read an excellent article in American Thinker by Konrad something. South America is ripe for millions of European immigrants where there may be a future for them. I’d prefer they come here but we may all berating down there soon. Remember, some of those countries are very european ethnicly speaking.
This article says that in 2014 there were 680,000 being watched in the US.
That number seems to have been bumped to 1.5 million.

Will Britain reform of its human rights laws? No. The 23,000 jihadists number in Britain is probably a conservative estimate. A large number are receiving government assistance. They are a protected class. As the article states, “in Sweden the human rights of an aspiring terrorist foreigner are evidently more important than the human rights of the citizens he wishes to murder.” “Why was the public informed of this only now? (about the number of jihadists)” The government and the media are doing their best to conceal the extent of the problem as they work to make things worse. “There is no mysterious force preventing a change in legislation; all that is needed is the political will.” The will is not there. However, there is a will to clamp down on anyone who opposes the government’s pro terrorist policies. That includes sending a helicopter and 10 police to break up a party playing anti-Osama music. The internet must be shut down because the public is learning to much about what the elite has planned. Prepare for the “new normal.” London Mayor Sadiq Khan claims, “we must never accept that terrorists can destroy our life or destroy the way we lead our lives.” Next time you plan of flying remember what he said. This will eventually require the Dutarte solution. In order to “monitor” these 23,000 “residual risks” would require about 6,000,000 full-time MI5 agents. Intel agents do not have a great record.
