Expedited means they will find the “travel ban” unconstitutional. The 5th vote will be Roberts who stabbed every citizen in the USA with Obamacare. Ginsberg has already made up her mind as has the rest of the judges. The decision has already been written with the Majority written.

Roberts ruling basically restricted congress power to regulate under the commerce clause and the necessary and proper clause.

Scotus probably doesn’t want to run foreign policy. It will disturb their vacations.
I expect them to rule in favor of Trump.
