Roberts said of the Obamacare that there are plenty of bad laws that are constitutional. It’s not SCOTUS’ job to strike down bad laws—that’s the legislature’s job. Obamacare was a bad law that is constitutional when couched as taxation.
Obama just refused to call it what it was—a massive tax.
