Fathers’ Consent For Abortion ‘Undesirable’ Says Britain’s Leading Provider

Britain’s leading provider of abortion services has said that requiring a father’s consent before an abortion is carried out is “not desirable”, and that abortion should be “fully tax-payer funded”. In the run-up to the general election next week the British Pregnancy Advisory Service has been lobbying Parliamentary candidates to sign up to its “My Pledge, Her Choice” campaign, calling on candidates to protect clinic access and funding for British women, oppose “parliamentary attacks” on abortion rights and support further moves to decriminalise abortion. But in response to a UKIP candidate’s offer to support the pledge as long as it didn’t call on taxpayer funds, and includes a requirement for the consent of the father except in cases of rape, a spokesman for the BPAS said it therefore couldn’t accept his pledge. “We believe it [abortion] should be fully tax-payer funded (as women pay tax and this is a medical procedure) and we do not believe requiring a partner’s consent is either practical or desirable”, the spokesman said.

Fatherhood begins at the conception of each baby. Fathers have a natural right to protect their baby daughters and sons from conception forward. That right needs to be legally enforced.

I agree, but governments recognizing men’s rights...

That’s a stretch.

"Undesirable" is a namby-pamby weasel-word, frequently employed when one actually favors a certain course of action, but does not want to admit to that.

"Sir, do you have any objections to the angry mob taking your hated mother-in-law out and burning her in the streets?" Response (while glancing at terrified wife): "Well, I think that that would be ill-advised, not to mention undesirable. Oh, by the way: The gasoline canisters are over there."

As applied here, however, it has exactly the opposite purpose, as when one is genuinely opposed, but is unable to muster a cogent response / unwilling to clearly state one's true reasons and thus expose one's real agenda.

"Mr. Hashimoto, the Japanese Navy has just bombed Pearl Harbor. Do you, as the chairman of the Honolulu Japanese Cultural Association, support a military counter-attack?" Response: "I think that would be undesirable. There is more that unites us than divides us... It's been several hours since the attack - Let's move on."

Regards,

Since abortion was legalized nearly fifty years ago, as far as I know the queen has never uttered a word about the murder of millions of her subjects.

As we witness the occupation of Britain by radical Islam and the mindless assault on the unborn, it becomes clear that this once great nation is now on the brink of oblivion.

One wonders how many Muslim infants are aborted in these clinics.

If Britain's murdered children were replaced one-for-one by knife-wielding "providers" yelling "Allahu Akhbar," it would be simply right and just.

Same goes for the USA.

The man is held financially responsible, however, even if he isn’t the father. All it takes is for the woman to say it’s the man, and DNA doesn’t matter.
But the woman can kill the baby and the man doesn’t matter.
